1. Made to Order

All of our products are custom made just for you after your order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or if you simply no longer want the item.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order (such as an incorrect design, size, or color), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right by sending the correct item or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.

4. Size Issues

We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order. Since our products are made to order, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for incorrect sizing.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item due to an authorized return (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will work with you to find the best solution.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or used
• Items without the original proof of purchase
• Orders returned without prior authorization
